On November 22, the 7th “China Best Employer” Award Ceremony in 2018 was grandly hosted by Taihe Consulting in Beijing. The company won the 7th “China Best Employer Award” in 2018 after winning the 6th “China Best Employer Award” in 2017. After the unanimous recommendation by experts and judges, Gongjin Shares won an essential award this year -- the 7th “Innovation Award of Human Resource Management for China Best Employer” in 2018. Ma Xin, the head of the human resources department of the company headquarters and Beijing branch, received the trophies and medals on behalf of the company at the awards ceremony.
The 7th “China Best Employer” in 2018 was selected from the evaluation of five aspects: corporate culture, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee career development and human resources management practice. The most credible employer brand awards in China's human resources industry were jointly selected through corporate data investigation results, corporate interviews, expert review committees, relevant government agencies, industry associations and mainstream media, etc. The companies that won the Excellent Employer Award and Human Resource Management Innovation Award this year include JD.com, Sinocare, Wanda Film, Changhong, etc.
 
After the award ceremony, the participants attended the “Best Employer Evolution” summit forum, where many experts and scholars and leaders of human resources management from the well-known enterprises jointly discussed and shared the current situation of human resources management in enterprises and innovative management models suitable for the development of human resources in Chinese enterprises from various dimensions.
