The company is devoted to providing clients with lean and intelligent full-scene transparent manufacturing services, and adheres to leading technology and digital intelligent driving. With Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute as a carrier, by relying professional core teams on automation, informatization and manufacturing technology, the company makes an intensive study of the industrial application of new technologies such as lean production, cloud edge collaboration, intelligent equipment, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence, and adopts both “automatic transformation” and “digital transformation” for actively exploring and implementing the overall solution for smart factory. Now, it has built unattended intelligent dense warehouses for finished products, intelligent electronic material warehouses, SMT “unmanned” production workshops, DIP automatic production workshops, one-stop integrated testing platforms, and many automatic single units with proprietary core technologies, and owns more than 30 invention patents of intelligent equipment category. At the same time, through installing the IOT device interconnection platform, energy management platform, and AGV intelligent delivery platform, and fully integrating information systems such as APS, MES, ERP, WMS, QMS, ISE, SPC, SCS, HCM and PLM, it has realized data interconnection in research, development, planning, procurement, manufacturing, sales, inventory, finance, customs affairs and human resource management, and established a highly-integrated operation management platform for intelligent manufacturing (MOM).

According to the construction standards of "smart workshop" scenarios, on the basis of replacing auxiliary manpower with automation equipment technology, advanced digital technology solutions such as AGV intelligent distribution, equipment interconnection, and AI intelligent re judgment are introduced and effectively utilized to achieve "unmanned" intelligent production in the workshop site.
