Recently, Taicang T&W successfully passed the identification and obtained the certificate of Jiangsu R&D management system. In recent years, the company has made great progress in the aspects such as core technology research and development, enterprise value creation, economic benefit management, and personnel quality improvement, etc. R&D Platform -- Agile system under use is featured with perfect functions, sound operation conditions, and high matching degree with the standards of the R&D system. Therefore, Legal Department of Taicang launched the project in the second half of 2017, and established the leading group and promotion team of system construction, and prepared the certification materials jointly with management, human resources department, and technical center, etc., thus successfully introduced the R&D system in the company for operation and improvement. Finally, it successfully passed the on-site evaluation by experts and was recognized as a qualified unit. The introduction of this R&D system this time has a catalytic effect to perfect the R&D workflow, improve R&D efficiency, and shorten the R&D cycle of the Company.
