Publicity Conference of Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications on T&W Campus Graduates Recruit was held formally in Administration Complex of Chang’an Campus of Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications which was the initial recruit at 9:30, October 21, and Chongqing recruit was developed in Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications on October 22.
