Shenzhen T&W Charity Foundation donated 246,000 yuan to Xishui T&W Hope Primary School in Guizhou Province Xishui Country Education Bureau on the afternoon of July 15.
Xishui T&W Hope Primary School Children’s Day Consolation and Teaching Support Delegation reported items of Xishui T&W Hope Primary School to be solved to the company and foundation in June this year, Zhang Yu, the representative of the foundation and Yang Nian’an, the chief of Capital Construction came to Guizhou Xishui T&W Hope Primary School with 200,000 yuan of the donated funds, and conducted project transformation for the school canteen (the establishment of temporary dwellings covering 350 square meters), drinking water (solution to the difficulty of drinking water of the school), safety (the leveling of the playground covering about 780 square meters) and teaching facilities (one set of Classroom Level for a class, eight sets in total). Through on-the-spot investigation and multiple communications with local education bureau, an agreement was reached and Project Transformation Agreement was signed finally. The total project cost was amounted to 410,000 yuan, including 246,000 yuan funded by the foundation and 164,000 offered by Xishui County Education Bureau. After the completion, the project will solve the problems such as meals, drinking water and safety of 427 pupils and this hope primary school will become the first school with complete Classroom Level in town.
Moreover, the journey verified five poverty-stricken students and their family conditions, the list will be announced in early August, and the foundation will help them seek loving persons and practice one for one support plan for the poverty-stricken students at the first time.
