In 2022, the company will start again based on the new record achieved in 2021. On Jan. 9th, the company solemnly held the Working Conference about Development Mobilization for the 30th Anniversary of the Founding of Gongjin Electronics & 2022 Annual Program. Company leaders such as Wang Dawei, Tang Fonan, Hu Zumin, Wang Lan, Gong Pusheng, Wei Yiming, Tang Xiaolin, Long Xiaojing and He Yimeng, and colleagues from Shenzhen, Taicang, Shanghai, Beijing, Jinan, Dalian, Vietnam, Beijing and Xi’an attended the conference. Company General Manager Hu Zumin delivered an annual work report.
Colleagues from Shenzhen gathered in Pingshan for the grand conference. The conference was held in a form of live broadcast, with the main session set at Pingshan T&W Industrial Park, which was attended by employees above Level M4, P5 of South China Region. At the same time, 5 branch venues were set in Taicang, Dalian, Jinan, Vietnam and Beijing respectively. Due to the epidemic, all colleagues in Xi’an attended the conference by video at home. Apart from the above branch venues, sales staffs stationed in Wuhan, Chengdu, Lanzhou and Xinjiang also participated by video. All participating colleagues listened to the conference report earnestly. The theme of the conference is: New organization, new area and new project, to destroy the old, establish the new and set a new record again; long vision, long strategy and long struggle, to make a long-term development according to laws and regulations. “Long” and “new” are the key words of the conference report. General Manager Hu reviewed and summarized the work of 2021. 2021 is an extraordinary year. Looking back to it, we witnessed milestone events in the history of the Party and the country. On the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party, the two centenary goals converged in the history. We have launched a new march for building a "modern socialist country" in an all-around way, striding proudly ahead on the path for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Looking back to 2021, Gongjin went against the current to usher in the 30th anniversary of its founding, launched a five-year development journey after pushing aside all obstacles and difficulties, realized a breakthrough output of more than 10 billion Yuan, promulgated Basic Law of Gongjin and Five-year Development Program and Ten-year Vision of Gongjin Electronics, and continuously advanced strategic transformation of the company. In this way, Gongjin greeted the 30th anniversary of its founding, flying upward against the wind and shining.
Looking forward to 2022, the company will launch a new great plan, initiate Netcom merging and form a new organization of unified strategy and development; open up a new area of semiconductor chip package test; invest continuously and heavily in 5G business R&D and intelligent manufacturing, and comprehensively launch sophisticated projects in several areas. Looking forward to the future, the company will launch the five-year development innovation program, further implement Basic Law of Gongjin and Five-year Development Program and Ten-year Vision of Gongjin Electronics, build a better law-based management system for long-term and normative development, and guide the company’s sustainable development with the “basic law” and the strategy. Long vision, long strategy and long struggle, to make a long-term development according to laws and regulations. Therefore, the company held the Working Conference about Development Mobilization for the 30th Anniversary of the Founding of Gongjin Electronics & 2022 Annual Program. All Gongjin employees are expected to forge ahead, work sedulously, destroy the old, establish the new and create new glories for common dreams and nice life.
The conference continued in the afternoon. The company solemnly commended 30 outstanding innovation projects. Company General Manager Hu Zumin, Deputy General Manager Wang Lan, Deputy General Manager Gong Pusheng, and Executive Vice President Wei Honghai of Business Division of Netcom made a brief report about the company’s key innovation projects respectively. At the same time, General Manager Hu presented General Manager Award to the team of anti-epidemic heroes of Vietnam Gongjin. The bonus was 100,000 yuan. During the period of massive outbreak of COVID-19 in Vietnam in 2021, all employees of Vietnam Gongjin fulfilled their duties, conquered all obstacles, worked against the clock, rushed to realize the targeted capacity, and made every effort to organize production and guarantee deliveries. In order to praise advanced members and carry forward the combatant spirit, General Manager approved the presentation of this special general manager award.
Managing Director Wang Dawei delivered a summary speech, fully affirming the performance of 2021 and analyzing the situation of 2022. He points out that three spirits should be advocated in the new era. The first is a sense of era mission that each T&W employee must have. Each era endows each generation with different missions, so we should live up to the commitment of the era and be brave to assume the responsibility. The second is entrepreneurship. Gongjin employees should be entrepreneurial, make constant exploitation and eradicate the idea of sticking in the mud. The third is spirit of innovation. The essence of mankind is constant breakthrough and innovation. Not satisfied with the current situation can mankind have today’s development and a nice life in the future.
