With a simple structure of reinforced concrete frame core, it covers an area of 2,718.60 square meters, it total construction area is of 49,511.75 square meters. After its completion of the construction, there will be 493 parking spaces for motor vehicles, with the green space rate reaching 30%. The building is located in the center of Taicang City, which is close to the municipal government and enjoys convenient transportation. Thanks to the thorough adoption of the modern design concept, it will become a modern R&D center with a rational layout, efficient operation and a beautiful environment in the future. After the completion of the building, it will become a relatively sound R&D center of the company in the Yangtze River Delta Region. The first-class hardware facilities will provide strong guarantees for the absorption of 1,000 to 2,000 high-end talents in the future, thus making an active contribution to the overall innovation and transformation of the company and the research and development of T&W brand.
