In order to select and cultivate a group of young cadres with excellent ability and outstanding potential for the company and strengthen the talent echelon construction, by uniting internal and external resources, T&W Training School sponsored the Youth π Creation Camp of Horse-Grooming Program of Gongjin Electronics for 2023 themed with “Rooting in Fertile Cultural Land, and Training Gongjin’s Talents”. On Mar. 3rd, the opening ceremony was held by video in Pingshan and Taicang. Leaders and distinguished guests such as Long Xiaojing, the Deputy General Manager of the company & Vice Principal of T&W Training School and Chen Kai, General Manager of Human Resources and Administration Center; and 80 students attended the ceremony.
