On the morning of Jan. 23, T&W Charity Foundation held 2019 training classes for teachers at Shenzhen City College. Wang Dawei, Chairman of T&W Electronics, Long Xiaojing, Director of T&W Charity Foundation, and Song Nuan, President of Shenzhen University College and Director of Principals Training Center of Shenzhen Primary and Secondary Schools attended the class opening ceremony.
2019 training classes for teachers were set to provide services to 24 students, including headmasters, deputy headmasters, education directors of T&W Hope Primary School and other school cadres. The training class of this session will adhere to the concept of sustainable development of T&W Hope Primary School and take management as the center, will establish the management thought, improve the management ability, build a management system with unique features for hope primary school so as to improve teaching quality of the school. Long Xiaojing, the deputy general manager of the company and director of T&W Charity Foundation, looked forward to studying plan of 2019 Teacher Training Class and explained the management theme. Wang Dawei, the chairman of the company, presented awards and made an important speech for 2017 outstanding schools. Mr. Wang said it is necessary to improve school management and teaching quality according to the feedback information from volunteer teachers. The theme of this session is management, which is everywhere. Because of limited conditions, T&W Hope Primary Schools have many shortcomings, the most obvious one is management. Teachers should have high management ability originally because management can be manifested in all aspects, even class questions. T&W Hope Primary School has its own characteristics. It should always use management thoughts, such as charts, data and other management means to comprehensively and effectively manage school logistics, teachers, students and even student parents so that T&W Hope Primary Schools can gradually build a unique management system.
From Jan. 23 to Jan. 27, 2019, trainees of 2019 training classes for teachers learned such courses as Run Proper Education and Build Wisdom School, Position Roles of Middle-level School Cadres, Modern Leadership Theory and School Management Performance. A group of famous school presidents of Shenzhen, such as Xiong Jinshen, Cheng Xianyou, Zhong Huanbin and Man Xiaoluo, entered the classroom to share their experience. They showed different management styles of different schools, which provided useful reference for the management of T&W Hope Primary School. Trainees visited Shenzhen Shuiwei Primary School, Fuyuan Primary School and other schools and had an intuitive feeling of building campus culture and carrying out overall management of the school. They also attended the general management education class, visited Pingshan Factory and learned the management mode of the company multi-dimensionally. T&W Charity Foundation also organized and held a school president symposium to gather ideas on how to improve the management level of T&W Hope Primary School and to provide the basis for the foundation to make their following decisions.
On the evening of Jan. 27, 2019, the graduation ceremony of 2019 training classes for teachers was held in the lecture hall on the fourth floor of City College. Three principals, including Fang Xiaoying, won the title of "Outstanding Trainee" in this session and the president group and the teaching and research group won the award of "outstanding group". Wang Biao, the manager of the Information Management Department of the company and Li Jie, the manager of T&W Training College, presented awards to the winners.
