On August 22, accompanied by Yi Wanchun, general manager, Yang Jinke, deputy general manager of East China Netcom, Gu Pingping, manager of Taicang Department of Legal Affairs in the whole course, Han Song, deputy secretary of Xi'an Municipal Committee and secretary of the Municipal Committee of Politics and Law, Wang Jianguo, the mayor of Taicang city, department leader Shi Yanping and persons chiefly held responsible of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission conducted investigation in East China Netcom (Taicang).
