Continuous Improvement of Infrastructure in Shenzhen and Taicang

At 08:08 on September 8, test pile of Gongjin Science and Technology Building Project located in downtown of Taicang City started drilling, and Xu Xin who is Investment Director of Infrastructure Project and representatives of project contractor participated in piling test commencement ceremony.



The purpose of project piling test is to test bearing capacity of pile foundation and foundation soil, provide designing institute with data to further optimize structure design. Gongjin Science and Technology Building which is about to commence is a comprehensive office building with gross building area 49,966.34 square meters, 20 floors above ground and total height is 93.0 meters. The base is located in downtown area of Taicang City, is close to city government and has convenient transportation. This building is deeply ingrained with modern design philosophy, is a modern research and development center which is reasonably arranged, running efficiently and has beautiful environment, and will be new landmark of downtown are of Taicang City after completion. It is reported that after piling test is completed, piling work of Gongjin Science and Technology Building will officially commence at the beginning of November and this project will be under construction soon.



On September 7, Pingshan T&W Industrial Plant District 1# plant major structure sealed its roof, pouring roof concrete for district 1-3; pouring the first floor water-stop threshold concrete, masonry wall; putty sample construction for the second floor. 2# plant the fifth floor constructional column formwork; the third and the fourth floor ceiling batch puttying. 3# plant the third floor masonry, the second floor secondary structure formwork, the third and the fourth floor ceiling batch puttying.



Accomplish pouring 324 piles (380 piles in total) in living quarters in total; 5# canteen, 6# dormitory tower crane, 7# dormitory foundation reinforcement colligation.
