Gongjin Stock Won the Honorary Title of “China Good Employer Excellent Enterprise Prize”

On November 23, “2017 (Sixth) China Good Employer Excellent Enterprise Prize” sponsored by Taihe Consulting was grandly held in Beijing, the company won the honorary title of “China Good Employer Excellent Enterprise Prize” by its excellent performance in special training for three items for new employees, special training for managerial staff of all levels and staff care, and Long Xiaojing who is Deputy General Manager of the company accepted the prize on behalf of the company.



“China Good Employer” enterprise appraisal and election was started by Taihe Consulting in 2012, every year about 1,000 excellent and famous enterprises from top ten industries including high technology, finance, real estate, manufacturing, cultural medium and the like will apply for this prize. “China Good Employer” appraises and elects based on four aspects including enterprise culture, talent management, compensation benefit and employee career development, and employer brand prize which has the most credibility in human resource industry in China will be elected jointly through enterprise data investigation result, enterprise interview, expert review committee and medium committee. Enterprises who won the prize over the years include Haier, Vanke, FedEx, ICBC, Huayi Brothers, etc. Companies who won the prize of this year include Datang Telecom, ZTEICT, Hainan Airlines, Huayi Brothers, BOE and Tsinghua Tongfang etc.



A good employer shall be refined both internally and externally, the competition with so many excellent enterprise shows that our company has unique advantages in terms of human resource management and employer brand construction. Employer brand building of the company just started, through participating in prize appraisal and election, we can learn rich experiences of other excellent enterprises, promote us to find key problems existing in human resource management and better build employer brand characterized by T&W.
