The EAP Kick-off Meeting in 2021 and the First Psychological Experience Carnival opened in the lecture hall on the 2nd Floor of Building 4 in Pingshan on the morning of April 21. Taicang, Shanghai, Dalian, Xi 'an, Jinan and Vietnam attended the meeting via video link. Leading cadres including department manager level and above, technical experts, department assistants and all staff of the human resources administration management center attended the meeting. The project team came to Taicang Park to carry out the East China Carnival activity on April 23.
In order to improve the mental health level of employees and enhance their psychological capital and happiness, the company, together with EAPs Consulting Company, launched the EAP (employee assistance program) project in 2021 to provide professional psychological care project for employees, energizing the mind and assisting in the work.
