From March 19 to April 3, General Manager Offices of Taicang T&W and Xinqiao T&W held Summary and Share Symposiums on Values of Session II Members successively, invited fifty composition stars and department leaders to summarize and share gains and experience of personnel’s value cultivation and discussed how personnel value cultivation activity approach to personnel closely in 2014.
The symposiums shared “gratitude and encouragement” gained in the growth of fifty composition stars. Excellent composition star representatives made speeches actively, offered proposals and shared significance of value composition, proposition direction and follow-up ways. Participating guests analyzed the meanings of “values” with their own growth stories, thought that values were important to team establishment, cadres’ cultivating personnel and leaders’ care for personnel were bases to create good atmosphere of team.
The symposiums accelerated personnel to know about value cultivation more deeply. Personnel’s value cultivation is a long-term work, and needs to integrate corporate culture and help them to establish accurate values from actual conditions.
