On December 13th, the grand topping-out ceremony for the second phase of the Vietnam project was held. Chen Kai, general manager of the Human Resources and Administration Center, Yang Jinke, director of the Vietnam factory, and personnel from infrastructure and Baoye attended.
The second phase of the Vietnam project consists of three buildings, including a factory building, an office building, and a comprehensive building, with a total construction area of approximately 56,000 square meters and a concrete pouring area of approximately 70,000 square meters. The project completed the pile foundation work in March and began excavation in April, during which Vietnam's high temperatures and rainy season were experienced. The project underwent multiple design adjustments and procedure changes. Along the way, the Vietnam Phase II Project Department has overcome difficulties, especially in the past three months, creating a construction speed of one floor per eight days for the office building and one floor per 13 days for the factory building, creating a construction speed of 60,000 square meters in 100 days, and ensuring the completion of the time node for capping. In terms of quality, the infrastructure project team strictly demands excellence and leaves no room for any quality problems, creating high-quality main project quality. In terms of safety, a sound safety responsibility system has been established, forming a safety management environment where everyone talks about safety and everyone manages safety. The important indicator of zero safety accidents has been achieved in stages.
The topping out of the project is only a phased achievement, and the subsequent decoration and installation tasks are more difficult and complex. The entire infrastructure project team will persevere and strive for excellence, carry forward the spirit of Tongwei infrastructure, ensure the high-quality completion of the overall delivery of the project next year, and help Tongwei Vietnam Company to improve its production capacity and achieve its five-year plan and ten-year vision.
