On the afternoon of September 23rd, Chen Kai, General Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Management Center, Ruan Shirong, Chairman of the Labor Union, and representatives of the Labor Union distributed condolence money to severely affected employees. The union distributed a total of 30 million Vietnamese dong, and the company distributed 30 million Vietnamese dong simultaneously. On September 8th, Typhoon "Scorpion" made landfall in Haiphong, Vietnam, causing a once-in-30-year natural disaster to sweep through multiple provinces and cities in Vietnam. According to comprehensive statistics from the trade union, 41 Vietnamese Tongwei employees' homes and fields were severely affected by the disaster, and two employees were injured in traffic due to weather changes before the typhoon. A total of 43 employees suffered varying degrees of losses due to floods caused by heavy rainfall brought by the typhoon. The company and labor union promptly pay attention to the families of employees affected by the disaster and actively organize condolences. In addition to distributing condolence funds, the company also appointed relevant department leaders to visit two employees who were injured in the disaster. A typhoon disaster brought endless losses to Vietnam, and the company did its best to bring warmth to employees and provide assistance in rebuilding their homes.
