Mount Anzi is high, and perseverance leads to a unique scenery; with determination and unity, our dreams can be achieved. On November 15th, Vietnam Tongwei successfully held the Mount Anzi Inspirational Hiking event. As one of the highly respected famous mountains in northern Vietnam, Mount Anzi stands at an elevation of 1068 meters and boasts a total of 7345 steps, which not only tests individual physical fitness and willpower but also hones the spirit of team collaboration. This event was jointly participated by 11 teams and 184 Chinese and Vietnamese employees.
At the beginning of the event, each team demonstrated their full enthusiasm, close cooperation, and firm belief in facing difficulties head-on. The entire event was organized in an orderly manner, with a safe and smooth process. Mutual help and assistance among team members were evident along the way: mutual support on steep sections, sincere encouragement during moments of fatigue, and cheers and smiles at the moment of reaching the summit, all of which together formed an unforgettable and moving scene in this inspirational hike.
In this event, 94% of the participants successfully reached the summit, and 67% completed the entire challenge, exceeding the set target. This inspirational hike not only honed the employees' physical fitness and strong willpower, but also further enhanced the sense of belonging and motivation to strive among the overseas team.
