In response to the theme of the 34th National Fire Prevention Day, the Taicang, Haining, and Pingshan factories organized fire emergency drills for the second half of the year in mid-to-early November. All three drills were successfully completed and achieved the expected goals.

Taicang Tongwei: Scenarios closely resemble real-life situations, strengthening the knowledge framework
The 34th National Fire Prevention Day advocates the theme of "Fire Prevention for All, Life First - Safe Use of Fire and Electricity". On the afternoon of November 13th and the early morning of November 14th, Taicang Tongwei organized a drill at the North Gate Square of the Taicang Industrial Park.
The drill simulated multiple typical fire scenarios, including the unswitched electric heaters in W4 workshop, aging electrical wiring in W3 warehouse, cigarette butts in D9 dormitory, short circuits in the R&D building's laboratory, and unauthorized hot work by external personnel in W1 workshop. The emergency command center swiftly activated the emergency plan, and all teams responded in an orderly manner. Lin Honglei from the Environmental Safety Department systematically explained the key points of fire reporting, emergency evacuation, and on-site fire extinguishment, and organized employees to practice using fire extinguishers, effectively enhancing their practical application abilities. In his summary, Xia Jingchong, the director of the Production Center, emphasized the need to strengthen the company's safety defense line through continuous drills.

Haining Tongwei: Efficient and orderly evacuation, combining warnings with practical cases
On November 13th, Haining Tongwei conducted a drill. Under the guidance of volunteer firefighters, over 300 employees in the workshop safely evacuated to the emergency assembly point within 3 minutes. He Jinpan from the General Management Department conducted a training session with the theme of "Small Hidden Dangers Can Lead to Major Accidents", incorporating surrounding fire cases to warn employees against using unqualified electrical appliances and highlighting three key points for emergency response. The volunteer firefighters demonstrated the use of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants on site. Cui Feng, the manager of the Manufacturing Department, affirmed the effectiveness of the drill and called on employees to master common sense, comply with regulations, and jointly maintain a safe environment.

Pingshan factory: complete command system, rigorous and standardized processes
On the afternoon of November 14th and the early morning of November 15th, the Pingshan factory organized a full-staff drill for both day and night shifts at the shipping plaza. The factory director, He Liang, served as the overall commander, covering the entire factory, including dormitories and external personnel. Prior to the drill, systematic training was provided to each emergency response team. During the actual drill, all departments completed evacuation within 3 minutes and 05 seconds, and assembly and inventory within 5 minutes and 10 seconds. Zhou Xiongjun from the Environmental Safety Department explained and demonstrated the five-step operation method of fire extinguishers on site, and all 30 randomly selected employees successfully extinguished the fire. Bai Nan, the security team leader, explained the use of fire hydrants, and members of the mini fire station completed the entire process drill of throwing water hoses and spraying to extinguish the fire. Su Jianbo, the director of the Quality Management Center, summarized and pointed out the need to achieve a mindset shift from "being told to be safe" to "wanting to be safe".
