On May 6th, Gongjin Electronics held the 2026 "Young Pioneer" commendation ceremony and the 2024-2025 "Tongwei Sports Fund" marathon award ceremony via video conference. The main venue was located in Taicang, with branch venues set up in Pingshan, Vietnam, Haining, Dalian, Xi'an, and Jinan. The company's General Manager Hu Zumin, Deputy General Manager Long Xiaojing, as well as leaders and cadres from various business units and functional platforms, and young employees under the age of 35 attended the conference.
To promote the spirit of youth, the company's Human Resources and Administrative Management Center, in collaboration with the Party Committee and the Youth Committee, organized the 2026 "Youth Pioneer" selection. After recommendation and review, 30 employees, including Liu Julan, who have demonstrated outstanding performance in AI application, market expansion, technological innovation, and management improvement, were commended.
On the eve of this year's "May Day", Du Siyuan, the manager of the storage and transportation department at Taicang Tongwei, was awarded the National May 1st Labor Medal. At the ceremony, Du Siyuan shared his growth experience of being rooted in the front line for fourteen years.
The conference also presented the "Tongwei Sports Fund" marathon project prize money, donated and established by the company's founder, aiming to promote the sports spirit of adhering to self-discipline. This selection was open to employees who completed at least one marathon race each year for two consecutive calendar years from 2024 to 2025. After a comprehensive evaluation of their race results, corporate culture practice, and team influence, a total of 76 individuals were awarded for excellence in full marathon, excellence in half marathon, progress, and participation.
