On the morning of February 12th, accompanied by Huang Yao, Section Chief of Employment Service Administration of Guangdong Province, Cui Qiping, Section Chief of Employment Department of Shenzhen Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Yang Zhoujie, Director General of Bureau of Human Resources of Pingshan District, and relevant leaders of Kengzi Sub-district Office, Yuan Xiao, Director of General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security visited and surveyed T&W to investigate the employment situation. Wang Zhibo, the vice general manager of the company, Zhao Xingwang, the vice general manager of Shenzhen Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co.,Ltd. and Chen Kai, the vice general manager of Production Manpower Administration participated in the reception and report.
Before the investigation and survey, Director Yuan Xiao and his delegation visited the production site of Pingshan Factory to understand the production process of products. They appreciated the achievement of manpower saving by adoption of intelligent production in the workshop, and praised the orderly production of high automation equipment and the full mental state & enthusiasm of employees after the Spring Festival Vacation.
At the subsequent symposium, Wang Zhibo, the vice general manager of the company, delivered his speech to introduce the development course, operation status and corporate culture of the company to the visiting leaders. He expressed that the company actively looked for problems and solutions from its own standing in face of the pressure of external situation and market, and still made profits after adjustment in 2018. At the same time, he also expressed that the introduction of high-tech talents is a key issue, which requires policy support and backing from government departments. To develop core technologies, move towards high-end manufacturing and R&D, and set up R&D centers and state-level laboratories in the future, we need more guidance from leaders at all levels.
Chen Kai, the vice general manager of Production Manpower Administration, expressed that what the company urgently needs to solve at present is the introduction of talents. Whether it is the introduction of high-end talents or production line workers, cultivation and training of talents, all need government support. As the company is rooted in Pingshan, we hope to have more development space, attract more talents and have a block for the construction of the headquarters. Although it is very beautiful in the park, surrounding supporting facilities and transportation have not yet been built. We hope that Shenzhen Municipal Government and the Pingshan District Government can speed up the construction of Pingshan. Moreover, he also expressed the problem of long appointment time for occupational health examination for employees, and, Yang Zhoujie, Director General of Bureau of Human Resources of Pingshan District, called the District Health Bureau immediately to require them to find a solution as soon as possible upon noticing it.
After their reports, Director Yuan expressed that he benefited a lot from the investigation & survey today, and is confident of Gongjin Stock for making greater achievement in 2019 as good performance had been achieved in 2018. He also hoped that the company should have confidence of the government, the District Party Committee and District Government must be pragmatic and create a better environment for the development of enterprises, which is also the requirement of the Party Central Committee and the State Council.
