In order to practice the corporate mission of “repaying the society” and care for children education in mountain areas constantly, T&W Charity Foundation signed the Agreement on Donation for the Eighth Hope Primary School formally on March 28. It confirmed donation for construction of Baiheng T&W Hope Primary School in Tingdong Town, Congjiang County, Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province. Chairman Wang Dawei, Managing Director Long Xiaojing, and colleagues of the foundation participated in the donation ceremony.
The total investment of the school is about 7 million yuan and takes up 3,350 m2, major construction projects include main teaching building, student dormitory, teacher transitional houses and canteen etc., the foundation and the county government fund to construct the school according to the proportion of 1:1, and the foundation will investment 3.5 million yuan. The school will be commenced at the end of April this year, and it will be completed fully and delivered for use at the end of May next year. T&W Hope Primary School after the construction will become a hope primary school with the most perfect facilities locally as well as the largest one-time investment of T&W Charity Foundation.
