program at Tongwei Hope Primary School have come to a successful conclusion
From October 4th to 12th, the second and third "The Way of Being a Teacher" training class of Tongwei Hope Primary School was held in Shenzhen for nine days. The training class is hosted by the Tongwei Love Public Welfare Foundation and co organized by the Pingshan District Education Science Research Institute and the Shenzhen Education Training Institute. The 50 students are composed of class teachers and key teacher representatives from ten Tongwei Hope Primary Schools. This training course continues to innovate, introducing innovative elements such as pre learning, grouping of arts and sciences, heterogeneous teaching within the same course, course review, and return to work open courses. At the same time, the foundation and Tongwei Hope Primary School have established a "Teacher's Way" training working group as a permanent institution to better promote the project.
