The 3rd Tongwei Hope Primary School "Hope Blossoms Brightly" Artistic Performance came to a successful conclusion in Eryuan, Yunnan

On the afternoon of April 19th, the vibrant spring scenery of Eryuan, Yunnan Province, welcomed a grand literary and artistic feast featuring ethnic characteristics. The third "Hopeful Flowers Blooming Brightly" literary and artistic performance of Tongwei Hope Primary Schools was held in the auditorium of the county rural cultural activity center. A platform for showcasing talents and interactive exchanges was established for ten Tongwei Hope Primary Schools, promoting cultural integration and mutual learning among different regions, and contributing to the revitalization of rural education in the western region.

This year's cultural performance is hosted by Shenzhen Tongwei Charity Foundation, Yunnan Eryuan Tongwei Hope Primary School, and Dali Xizhou Tongwei Hope Primary School, and organized by the People's Government of Eryuan County. Teachers and students from ten Tongwei Hope Primary Schools in Guizhou, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Gansu, and Sichuan provinces gathered together, singing and dancing, fully demonstrating the vibrant vitality of rural youth in the new era and conveying the warm power of educational revitalization. Li Xiong, Director of the Guanxi Work Committee of Dali Prefecture, Yunnan Province, Tang Zhongguo, Deputy Secretary of the Eryuan County Party Committee, Li Weichen, Member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Director of the County Party Committee Office, as well as Wang Dawei, Long Xiaojing, Wang Hui, Chen Kai, Wang Liangjie, Zhang Ting, and other leaders from Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co., Ltd. and Tongwei Charity Foundation attended the event.

In his speech, Tang Zhongguo, Deputy Secretary of the Eryuan County Party Committee, stated that over the past 18 years, Gongjin Company has donated more than 5 million yuan to assist in the construction of modern teaching buildings and smart teaching equipment for the Gongwei Hope Primary School in Eryuan, and has carried out various "sustained care" activities every year. This public welfare sentiment that spans thousands of miles has become a clear spring nourishing the students of Eryuan. Today, teachers and students from the Gongwei Hope Primary Schools in five provinces gather together to hold a cultural performance, which vividly demonstrates the spiritual outlook of all teachers and students of the Gongwei Hope Primary Schools. With the care and assistance of various departments at all levels in the province and state, as well as the strong support of all sectors of society, the towering tree of education in Eryuan will surely flourish, and the seeds of Gongwei hope will surely bloom in the land of China.

Wang Dawei, the founder of Gongjin Electronics and Tongwei Charity Foundation, took the stage to deliver a speech. Mr. Wang expressed his hope that the theme of this cultural performance would be "flowers blooming in red splendor". He particularly thanked the children for their hard work in rehearsals over the past month. Each child harbors beautiful hopes in their hearts: they wish for their hometown to become more beautiful, their school to improve, and to acquire more knowledge and forge more friendships. Today, the children express their hopes through songs and dances. However, each child is hope itself, the hope for the future of our motherland. China has proposed to fully build a socialist modernized powerful country by 2049. Therefore, the children in Hope Primary Schools should aspire to become talented individuals, bravely take on heavy responsibilities, and become the backbone of building our motherland.

The enthusiastic dance "Eryuan Awaits You" kicked off the cultural performance, featuring 18 artistic performances that deeply integrated regional ethnic culture with the spirit of the times. Guizhou Xishui Tongwei Hope Primary School recreated the red memory with the dance "Sparkling Red Star"; Shaanxi Zhenping students demonstrated the responsibility and commitment of young people in the new era through the sitcom "Always Ready"; Yunnan Xizhou Tongwei Hope Primary School's "Pretty Girl Whip" conveyed ethnic vitality through the traditional Bai ethnic whip dance; Yunnan Eryuan Tongwei Hope Primary School's dance "Young Ambition" expressed what young people yearn for, both the distant future and their dreams. Gansu Lixian students warmly interpreted the touching chapter of teacher's love like a mother in the stage play "Is It a Teacher or a Mother"; Sichuan Wanyuan's dance "Childhood Bells", Sichuan Mabian Yi children's "Lark Singing Spring", Guizhou Congjiang Miao teenagers' "Lingdong Miaoyun", Gansu Hezheng's "Ninghe Song", and Shaanxi Manchuan Pass's "Shaanxi Drum娃" were wonderful performances that painted a magnificent picture of the blending of Chinese cultures. Finally, students from ten schools sang together "Light Up the Future", with clear childlike voices echoing through the skies, conveying their infinite longing for the future.

Keeping pace with the times and innovating in public welfare, Shenzhen Tongwei Love Public Welfare Foundation established the "Tongwei Class" for the first time during this event. On April 20th, the foundation held a signing ceremony to fund the establishment of the "Tongwei Class" at Eryuan No.1 Middle School. Hosted by Xiang Lijuan, Deputy County Mayor of Eryuan County, and witnessed by leaders such as Li Weichen, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Director of the County Party Committee Office, and Wang Dawei, founder of Gongjin Electronics, Long Xiaojing, Chairman of the Foundation, Li Zehui, Director of the Education and Sports Bureau of Eryuan County, and Yang Wenjuan, Principal of Eryuan No.1 Middle School, jointly signed the agreement on behalf of the three parties. The Tongwei Class will enroll students from Eryuan County in May this year, mainly recruiting junior high school graduates from families with financial difficulties who excel both academically and morally. Through assistance, they will be helped to gain admission to their ideal universities.
