On July 9th, the 2026 Mercer China Health Forum and the 2026-2027 Mercer (China) Excellent Health Employer Award Ceremony were held in Shanghai. Our company received the award for our systematic practices in employee mental health and emotional care. Wang Liangjie, Director of Administration, Human Resources and Administrative Management Center, and Bai Yinting from Tongwei Training Academy attended the ceremony and accepted the award.
Our company always prioritizes employees' physical and mental health, having established a comprehensive mental health support system. Since launching the EAP program in 2021, we have developed a professional psychological counseling platform and appointed care ambassadors to provide one-on-one counseling, crisis intervention, and other services. Annual service utilization has grown by over 25%, with employee satisfaction surpassing 90%. Additionally, we offer annual health examinations, implement a wellness incentive program, and organize diverse club activities to safeguard employees' holistic well-being through multiple approaches.
This award recognizes our practical achievements in employee mental health and safety assurance. Moving forward, we will continue deepening the development of our employee health and well-being system, fostering a positive, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment for all.
